This home is small, 105 sqm small.

Our clients came with the brief of a compact, delightful, efficient house. With the site facing north, the house was designed on the oblique,  wrapping around the backyard on the street. Spaces intersect and overlap, providing the opportunity for volume or divisibility as required.
